I ordered this product and I had to contact customer service. They were more than accommodating and responded to all of my questions immediately. I ordered fermenters and fermenter accessories. The quality of these products is amazing and we’ll built. I ordered on a Sunday night and had the order on Tuesday. I had an issue with a few things missing but I emailed them and the missing items arrived at my house before the end of the week.
