Great equipment, timely delivery

I recently converted to electric brewing. I had an older kettle that I converted using a weldless fitting. While I love e-brewing I did not like having the element with cord attached during cleaning. I decided to treat myself and get a new kettle from Spike. It has the sanitary fitting for the element for easy removal. I added the fittings for whirlpool, and an extra half inch port for my temperature probe. I have brewed one batch and absolutely love it. Quality of workmanship on the kettle is first rate. I also am pleasantly surprised by the recessed feature of bottom. It allows for less trub to transfer to my fermentor. A feature that I did not realize I would need or like!
