First time use of FLEX+, third time ever brewing. Wow what a difference it made. I can’t speak for shipping as it was a gift, but using it was easy, cleaning it was easy and with the temp coil and control, my fermentation went great holding 70 degrees for a week. Will be upgrading my setup soon to keg vs bottle...once I get that figured out. Perhaps Spike could show a labeled “wiring diagram” of sorts on the website to show how to set that up with their equipment. Would be very helpful to newbies.

Some of the best customer service I've received in recent years. Had an issue with a gas manifold that they replaced immediately as well as continued correspondence to answer any questions I had.
