The customer service was outstanding! It was fast, welcoming and accommodated my request without hesitation! Best customer service I have had in awhile. Packaging was good however courier banged around the box with the cooling coil and bent the tip where the hose connects. Welds are still solid and I will check for leaks. My equipment has performed well above expectation and had been nothing but a joy to brew with! Thank you again for everything! Long term customer here!
