Spike Brewing

Every piece that I ordered (CF 15, Spike Solo, and lots of misc. parts) came in great shape and were packaged well for shipping. I’ve completed one brew (a Hefeweizen) and everything went really smooth. The directions that come with the Spike Solo are very simple and direct. Even programming the PID was made simple by the provided instructions. It’s easy to see a lot of thought went into the design. I looked for almost a year at different brew systems and I’m glad I decided to go with Spike. All the welds are high quality and being made in America is a huge plus. Also every time I’ve had a question, Spike has been rapid to respond. Not only does this thing look amazing it’s pretty easy to clean too!

I bought the Spike CF-5 with accessories and I am well pleased of the quality and next level that it brings my home brewing. I have to admit, I thought the pricing was steep, but the results are well worth it. Great job Spike! I'm very happy!

Everything was packed well, all items look great. Well constructed and for the the 7 gallon is the perfect size, since I only make 5 gallon batches. The temp control coil bundle will make lagering easy. When getting trub out the bottom port, need to be careful or go somewhat slowly, quite a bit of gravity pressure. Once realized that, works very well. So far I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this fermenter for anyone who can swing it.

SB was outstanding. While I was disappointed to receive a damaged CF5 (obviously wanted to play with my new toy) SB was professional and quickly resolved the issue. I have purchased from them since - and will continue to purchase from them!
