Awful experience with this company. Never got my order. Took two weeks to even get an update. They stopped replying to my emails. Worst customer service I have encountered. I hoped to find a new brand to love, but they have more than let me down.

I have taken Kratom for 7 years everyday. I ordered 1 kilo and it was the worst product I have used in a long time. I will be getting my money back if they ever answer my email. The phone number on the website is not in service. Be careful where you order from. Shipping was fine just terrible product. Me and my wife went into detox while taking this product. Not good when you work 12 hrs a day and depend on kratom.

There was hair and a small metal wire in it! Im disgusted!
