The website is very user friendly. The selection is huge but I almost always get the same few strains. Red elephant, white elephant and every other order I throw in some yellow Bali. White is for day red for night and yellow for that special anxiety that creeps in now and again. I think my favorite part besides the kratom of course is the ordering process. Talk about easy!!?!!AB is my go to and has been for over a year.

Love the product and customer service is downright amazing! I ordered a split 4-way kilo as I always do but unfortunately my order didn’t go thru due to a problem with my card. 2 days later, Shantel (I’m so sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) called me to see if I wanted to complete my order. She took my order and card info and we were done in 5 min! Then, my Order came in 3-4 days. Thanks for always treating your customers like people, not just treating us like money 😊

The website is very user friendly, and purchasing was easy. We did have some issues with the shipping, but that wasn't Amazing Botanicals fault at all. They were lightning fast getting my product shipped(I'm seriously talking like 5 minutes later and I got the email that it shipped). USPS was having some issues so shipping time wasn't great, but my order did finally come in and Amazing Botanicals was very helpful and friendly when I contacted them for assistance. Also I'm pretty happy with the Red Dragon capsules I purchased. They offer powerful relief without being too powerful and making me feel sick. Very good quality, and holy cow you guys know how to tamp your capsules to get the most in there! Great work!
