I’ve been getting Splendid Spoon deliveries for more than theee months. I’ve enjoyed all of the smoothies and soups I’ve tried so far, and I love the convenience of them! It can be expensive buying all of the fresh and healthy ingredients to make smoothies and soups like this, and I end up throwing food away, so the deliveries have actually saved me money! I feel better and lighter when I eat and do the weekly soup refresh. I highly recommend Splendid Spoon!

Had some issues with packaging staying well taped and cold upon delivery in the past but the last two have still been cold and partially frozen even after being delivered a day late by FedEx. Thanks for the delicious healthy easy options!

Probably one of the easiest, tastiest, and most effective diets I've ever tried. Not only doest it help to lose weight but I has vastly lowered my cholesterol and blood sugar levels. And did I mention how AMAZING the smoothies and soups are? Highly recommended!
