I am very happy that a signed up for Splendid Spoon. The food is both healthy and very good. Well balanced food with good flavor, but not loaded with salt like many prepared foods. Having 10 meals a week delivered right now is life changing.

Love the convenience of healthy and tasty and fast meals. Everything is surprisingly satisfying (did keto before so this is very different). Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I only find myself skipping a few now because I’m home and like cooking when I can; when I was in the office I really looked to these as a primary source of food and expect I will again.
