The books were not what I expected

Having a difficult time getting ingrossed in it.

Kinda misleading. I bought this pair of books with excitement. I was eager to drive deeper in the Word and learn more about the history of the Bible and what things written meant and said. That’s not what this is. They’re literally books with a paragraph of the book. There’s like 2 pages for each book! Not chapter. The author wants you to read BOOKS everyday, not chapters. You can’t absorbed the Bible’s meanings in such a huge chunk. Psalms? The longest book of the Bible, yeah, like 6-8 pages of questions spread out very widely. If you want to deeper your knowledge and do what this ad claims these books do, buy an actual study reference Bible. There’s verse by verse break down in that. This is such a gimmick and misleading. I wish I could have my money back!
