The layout and the imaging

The layout and the imaging is amazing~ very instagram worthy. But the content is a bit vague. It leaves questions unanswered and in the beginning it's very confusing where to read. It would be nice if the format of it would include what chapters to read then the applying questions etc.

Not for everyone

If you were hoping for a solid study you will be disappointed. This is a very basic overview of the Bible...not a “go deeper”. I feel like it is very elementary at best. If you’ve never been able to read the Bible at all then this might work for you. But if you are looking to really study and dig in to the Word...I would choose another study. This one left me looking for a lot.

Ok...but not as expected

I was hoping that the study would have a more thorough breakdown of each chapter. Genesis skips from chapter 1, to 3, to 12, to 22... There is also too much to read in one week; good illustrations!

I'm disappointed, there's not a lot of content or comments in the book. For a new Christian, I have a lot of questions. I expected a detailed explanation. The content provided is very vague.

For Bible study classes and not for you to do by yourself...

These are good people and I think the only mistake they made was not telling you exactly what was in that book. You see I bought that book because in my head I was thinking, "I want to read my Bible but what's the point of reading a Bible if you can't understand what you're reading? So let me find a book that can you translate the Bible into what it would do for me and my life as of right now." That's why I bought this book and Midway through Genesis I realized that this is literally a school type of book. this book was meant to be in the hands of everyone in one room and the teacher asks questions and everyone writes the answers down in their own books. So basically you read your Bible and then you flip open this book and for every 5 or 10 Bible verses you read this book will ask you a question about those Bible verses. It's meant to be discussed and answers written down in the book. This basically does me no fucking good whatsoever because I'm not surrounded by a bunch of dick heads all reading the same book. I give them an a for effort but they should make it more clear on the website that this is a book to be used in a group with a teacher kind of setting and not used by yourself in a singular setting
