The shipping was a problem. I was told delivery 9/18 two days. On the 18th it was changed to the 19th due to weather. I checked location, It was Kentucky. Abner, your representative was wonderful and I can’t say enough about his professionalism and excellent service.
He needs a raise or a promotion. There are not many customer representatives who are like him these days.
UPS, not so much. If their information was correct, why did the package finally arrive on the promised date? They obviously have internal problems which frustrated me, and put Abner through unnecessary work.
