They had the wrong recipient name, wrong bouquet...the message printed on a piece of paper couldn't bother to put it on the small card, 3 damaged roses... all the roses were already opened, this bouquet won't last more then a day or two. Called multiple times, sent images and no one bothered to respond. They messed up my last two orders... after 5 orders I am never going back ! You just lost a loyal customer!

This time around.. I was impressed. Paid extra for deluxe bouquet.. arrangement was incomplete and flowers were uneven.. received the remainder of flowers the following day.. they died two days later.. previous orders have been beautiful.. I don't know what happen this time but for the price.. TRULY DISAPPOINTED

Negative !! Did not receive the arrangement for the same day.

What I paid for was definitely not what was delivered. If the order could not have been accommodated I would have appreciated a heads up
