Have used OptimalPrint for several years now to produce personalised calendars which are always great quality. Slightly disappointed this year that I couldn't find a way of changing the background colour on each month. Great turnround on my order, only let down by Evri who were doing the delivery (and messed it up, leaving the parcel at a house the other end of the street). Excellent service recovery by OptimalPrint, responding (at a weekend) within 20 minutes of my email to them.

Pretty good. I found the calendars less user friendly than in the past

Good experience, easy to edit the design on the mug but annoyingly I cant access it again if I want to reprint the same item, so I have to make it all over again. Another problem is that the pricing isn't always clear - I received a 10% discount but when I went to use it, it said my purchase wasn't eligible. Apart from those to things, all was good, and delivery was fast.
