I’ll never order from here again

The flowers never arrived. I order them for 12/23 to surprise my wife and to be used as a center piece for Christmas Eve. It is now Christmas morning and still no flowers. Of course, according to tracking they have been sitting in a warehouse or on a truck for 3+ days, so their lifespan when and if I do receive them will be significantly shortened, making this an all around very unpleasant and disappointing transaction with POMP. Right now the message from UPS is "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". That changed from 9 p.m. on 12/23 to 3 p.m. on 12/24 to 9 p.m on 12/24 to "whenever" we get around to it!

Awful, flowers were dead and wilted

Annoyed as delivery delayed by 3 days

Did not deliver what I ordered.
