Six of the flowers were dead or snapped upon arrival, and all the petals came with dirt on them. It wasn’t very aesthetic. For this price it should at least come with a vase

I ordered the Velvet Christmas and I did not receive that arrangement at all. Also, all the other orders that I have ordered who’ve been huge and this arrangement is small and not very nice. It’s very disappointing.

Ordered “Red Magic” arrangement but received only some roses and two days late… terrible!

Brown flowers, leaves falling off

I paid extra for a saturday delivery, they showed up 3 days later. I reached out with my delivery concern and never heard back. When they did arrive they were in poor condition and several had to be thrown out. The add-on vase that was recommended with the flowers was too small to hold the flowers - even after several were thrown away.
