I paid for a Father’s Day gift and two day shipping. That same day the item was shipped and it seemed as though it was going to arrive on Friday, two days after being shipped. Every day after that I got a UPS notice telling me that the items were going to be rescheduled. It’s Tuesday and the items still have not arrived. These are food items, so they’re probably melted or crushed. Who knows!. I will never use this company again.

You pay for shipping ($10 for the cheapest) and it still isn’t delivered within that time frame. Emailed customer support - nothing as of yet. There are other sites that sell similar things; I’d recommend exploring those.

Ordered for Easter. Was delivered late.

I ordered 4 days ago. Shipping label was created only today. I also had to buy a $5 gift card I did not want. And now I’m asked to write a review before my gift has even arrived.

I am BEYOND disappointed. When I ordered this gift, I understood it would be delivered to the recipient no later than Tuesday February 12th. It is now 7:30 PM PST (the recipient lives in the Pacific Northwest, which is in the PST time zone) and the gift STILL has not been delivered. Supposedly it will be delivered tomorrow. Based upon my experience thus far, I have little faith that will actually happen. I will NEVER order anything from It’s Only Natural ever again. I am totally disgusted.
