Online store was great, easy to navigate and order. Shipping was delayed- took 5 days longer than promised.

It was quick fast service. I even left out the number of the street and the employee called me to find out the correct address. That meant a lot. The item was supposed to be delivered to my niece on Friday and I received a message from UPS that it will not be delivered until Monday. I have to wait till I hear from my niece to give a further review. Thank you.

Items arrived exactly when I specified and were excellent except the little succulent in a pot was damaged. It is hard to mail plant but if they can't be mailed without being torn up, maybe don't include them in gift packs

Wonderful gift (and lots of options). My only suggestion would be faster shipping (would be happy to pay extra for expedited shipping). I ordered on a Wednesday and it didn't arrive until Saturday.

It was easy to put together my own gift bag, order it, and I was kept in touch about the delivery. The package was delivered on time, in good condition, and I received a photo of the delivered box.
