Trying to find out how to send back the first item I ordered, I apparently ordered the wrong color as I wanted silver not the antique gold. I have since ordered a silver but would like to return the gold for a refund

I originally ordered 2 charms and 1 additional frame. When my package arrived i was overjoyed until I opened the package. It was missing one charm and the additional frame. I contacted them several times and finally they let me know that they were really sorry and would ship out the rest of my order. Yeah! But today, I received the 2nd charm , but no frame. Ugh. I'm done.

The first one I ordered wasn’t the color I wanted so I sent it back with a request from the silver one, I received the one I originally wanted, thank you but noticed on my charge card, I have both charges, no credit, hoping that will change in the next few days. Thank you.
