The invoice showing price paid and my personal information and form of payment was sent with the bouquet I bought as a gift for the birthday lady. I was never humiliated in that manner before in my life! I will never buy again from you or recommend your shop. My personal information was available to your delivery company, the concierge of the building and the person receiving the gift/bouquet!

Very efficient ordering and tracking system. Prompt delivery. It was a gift and my friend was delighted with the flower arrangement.

The product does not match the advertised photos

First purchase was great on this one I didnt get any notifications or pictures so I am unable to see how it look

The photo doesn’t equivalent or close to similar of what I get. Very disappointed.
