The product does not match the advertised photos

First purchase was great on this one I didnt get any notifications or pictures so I am unable to see how it look

The photo doesn’t equivalent or close to similar of what I get. Very disappointed.

Had to follow up with whomever to verify the delivery . No email confirmation
