Ordered flowers within 24 hours of Mother's Day due to another provider falling through and was grateful this company provided same-day delivery as an alternative. While the flowers and vase delivered were good quality and still going strong after 1 week, the bouquet was a totally different floral arrangement and even different colour palette than what I selected. The photos showcased different flowers and a colour palette of purples and lavendars, what arrived was a pink and white arrangement. Rating a three because it was not indicated that the arrangement wouldn't be what was pictured.

Not impressed. The flowers were not fresh. They had brown bits on it and the Baer was not as per the photo. This was for a funeral. I would expect better. I was embarrassed. My cousin also ordered and same deal with her flowers. I won’t be using this company again.

The invoice showing price paid and my personal information and form of payment was sent with the bouquet I bought as a gift for the birthday lady. I was never humiliated in that manner before in my life! I will never buy again from you or recommend your shop. My personal information was available to your delivery company, the concierge of the building and the person receiving the gift/bouquet!

Very efficient ordering and tracking system. Prompt delivery. It was a gift and my friend was delighted with the flower arrangement.
