I had a fantastic experience! I had difficulty with trying to place the online order. I phones in to let them know of the difficulty. We tried a couple of fixes, but it didn't work immediately. So the CS Rep took my order over the phone to get it expedited. She was apologetic, helpful, and nice. She got it ordered, communication was fantastic, and shipping was very speedy!
