The online photos show a premium, well-curated basket. What our client received was completely different and frankly underwhelming. For the price we paid, the quality, presentation, and overall value were not even close to expectations. It felt cheap, sparse, and nowhere near “luxury” or “gourmet” as marketed. This was meant to make a good impression on a client, and instead it put us in an awkward position. When you’re paying a premium, you expect the product to match what’s shown online. In this case, it didn’t. At all.

I ordered over 25 baskets and spent over 2000. 00 was told they would be delivered12/15 and just received notice today 12/18 that they were on the way Just be honest in future if I ever use you again
