Would have given 5 based on the litem, but so far I have not received confirmation of delivery

Dear Representative, My last two recipients claim to have had no indication that I was the gift giver. Neither was aware of the card with the personal message. These scenarios cause embarrassment to both the giver and the beneficiary. Please take measures to 1) contrast the card with the gift so it stands out 2) verify the card is affixed to the gift 3) clearly advise customers that the giver’s name should be added to card 4) provide option to identify the giver outside of the card itself. Food was excellent. However, the delivery dates kept changing making it difficult for recipients to be home to sign for the wine. Carmen Clark

I placed an order to be delivered on December 24th , a date that was clearly showing as available when chosen. However shortly after purchasing the gift when I went to tracking it showed a revised delivery as December 27th. This was very disappointing as it then missed a Christmas arrival. The application should not show a viable delivery date which cannot be met.

The gift tower was lovely; however, the note I had included didn’t mention my name even though I entered my name in the appropriate fields. So the recipient’s didn’t know who the gift was from until I reached out to them.
