Wanted to love
I ordered two products. One was to be printed to my specs. I received their first product right away and loved the card that said the second was on the way. Another week passed and no communication. Finally emailed customer service and was told there was a death in the family so order was delayed. I understand that and you have my sympathy. However I feel that the delay could have been communicated with an email. It has taken me a month to get business cards (still not here). I am happy to support small women owned businesses and am hoping this is just a glitch.
