Kremp was awesome! Super helpful! Made great suggestions! Local delivery, not so much. They didnt knock or ring the bell. Flowers were left on porch in direct sun until Mom went out to go to mailbox. She loved the arrangement and sweet bear but sad that flowers were wilted from sitting in the sun. :(

Can’t leave much of a review because I never received them. But the picture of them is a nice picture

I ordered a balloon bouquet tied to a stuffed bear for delivery the following day. I received confirmation immediately as expected. However, I received a notice the next day that I would have to pay an additional $20 due to a requirement from their local delivery service. I paid the invoice very early afternoon and asked that the delivery still be made on the day it was ordered for. (It's a small city!) I received no response to that. My sick grandchild didn't get it the day it was supposed to arrive, but the following day. It was only then I had any additional communication about the delivery which seemed to be just an automated delivery response. I would be much happier if the "extra" fee had been noted on the original order - and even happier if it had been delivered as promised. I do realize this was all the fault of the local delivery service, but it's still very annoying and sad for a child and parents who needed something to smile about!
