After a couple of calls, we had the AVR price locked in and a delivery commitment of 2 days, just like I get with Prime. That was needed so it arrived when I was home to receive it. They ship it with 4 day delivery and it would arrive when I wasn't home. When I pointed this out to the manager, she told me I'd have to pay extra for 2 day delivery. So much for their credibility in keeping commitments.

I ordered a ukulele and they said it was out of stock so I called your number and apparently it was in Stock so I had to go through the trouble of purchasing it again and it was supposed to be here three days ago. When I go to track my order it says it hasn't moved a Damn inch. Hurry up I need to have this item as soon as possible

Fragile ball socket where tuner head is attached to clip that attaches to guitar. SN-5 has slick finish on the finger clamp portion such that it flies from your hand as you compress it to attach to your guitar. Tried 3 times to contact Snark Technical Support. They do not respond. Buy a different tuner. No technical support kills the deal.

Was bought for Christmas present for my daughter. Came damaged! Head of ukelele is chipped and screws are coming out of wood. Will be calling company today and returning item for a refund.

I would love to say that I love it but it says it was delivered to my mailbox but I never received it :( Must have gotten lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong house.
