Great product charges in indirect sunlight

My rating is on tech support. I have two devices- a smoke alarm and a picture frame. Both worked fine but when I removed the sd card to delete the videos on the smoke alarm I did something wrong and lost my internet connection. I tried to delete the smoke alarm and reinstall without success.. I called tech support. The tech was incredibly helpful. We were on the phone for over 1/2 hour. He was polite and would not give up trying various "work arounds" until the problem was solved. We were able to get the smoke alarm reinstalled and connected to the internet.
