They are impossible to pair and the support is only on chat who will give you an answer after there own time so it might take an hour or so.. problem solved? No, worsted gift I ever bought to my kid

Received the "Paris" wireless headphones which are supposed to work for both music and phone calls, but mine do not work for phone calls and often de-connects from Bluetooth. I did let customer service know about this and they told me that I could either get my money back or get a new pair. I choose to get a new pair, but now, five weeks later, I haven't had any more response what so ever from customer service and no new headphones or money back.

Unfortunately Urbanista have bad non -functional products. A terrible experience no mather the product. Its all about the brand, nothing more. Good customer service with quick assistance though.
