Poor sound quality and noise cancellation is not really working. Often disconnects from Bluetooth. Overall not a very good product. If it would have been held the price it would be alright but with this price I would not recommend it

The battery is only working for 1h before it starts beeping.

I havent got my product and havent got my money back, sent the package back 2 months ago and still no money. Police are now investigating your company

Earphones did not work. Customer service was super slow and not very helpful. Was told I was going to get a new pair but they haven’t arrived yet 2 weeks later.
