Ordered Samsung dual sim Note 9 which was shipped from HK, arrived in just over a week. The unit is intended for European market with a UK plug but seller provided an adopter to use in Australia. at first I was worried it will not work as there was a sticker that says European sim only. Unit is unlocked and am able to use. So far all good.
