I was unfamiliar with the Music Room before this experience. I purchased a set of Rogue Monoblocks for a very reasonable and fair price. They came far faster than expected and the protective packaging was spectacular. Moreover, the good people at The Music Room kept me in the loop every step of the way. Then connected to make sure the delivery was okay. Then to make sure I was delighted with my purchase. I have since made two more purchases and had the same stellar experience. This is in stark contrast to another organization where I made a purchase at the same time. I have to call them to check on the status- emails are not returned. The Music Room set a high bar and I won't be going anywhere else to purchase.

I receive timely communication, their grading system was extremely accurate with zero surprises. shipping was fast and my purchase was well packed and arrived without issue.
