I had an excellent experience purchasing my product from TMR. I requested that my purchase be shipped on a certain day due to my travel plans. Unfortunately, they put it into the queue for shipment prior to my predefined date. When I received the shipping notice, I quickly called the TMR customer support department, and they efficiently removed my shipment from the queue, and rescheduled it for the correct date. I received my shipment on the proper date. Great end result!
