Very slow process, process can be improved
The spectacles were of best quality but I was not satisfied as it was very big for my face and i returned it, I was told it would take 7 working days for my product to reach back to warehouse, the process has taken nearly a Month now and still in progress.
I ordered on 18 January, order reached me on 23rd, I raised return on 28th and return pick up was on 31st, its Feb 10th and no update on my return yet on Website / Email or SMS. I have called up each time to Customer care for update and waiting for my return status still.
On a side note, Lenskart / other competitors I have used had a very faster and seamless order-return-refund process which I like to see with Titan too being a staunch believer in Titan Products.
