The spectacles were of best quality but I was not satisfied as it was very big for my face and i returned it, I was told it would take 7 working days for my product to reach back to warehouse, the process has taken nearly a Month now and still in progress. I ordered on 18 January, order reached me on 23rd, I raised return on 28th and return pick up was on 31st, its Feb 10th and no update on my return yet on Website / Email or SMS. I have called up each time to Customer care for update and waiting for my return status still. On a side note, Lenskart / other competitors I have used had a very faster and seamless order-return-refund process which I like to see with Titan too being a staunch believer in Titan Products.

we have ordered ready readers 10 days back still we didn't receive the product as it showing payment pending but we have attached the successful payment screenshot to the respective people but still now there is no response.
