Terrible experience!!! Had to reach out to titan support multiple times but they did not solve the issue.

I ordered for a product replacement due to different power lens received ,i have requested replacement request on February 26, but even after 7 days there is no reply from your side.I never thought such a irresponsible attitude from respected Titan Company. Please take any action soon.I want my eyeglasses replaced soon.Thanking you in advance.

I purchase 2 pair of frame but one frame stick size is short and when I want to change this product your store is unavailable in our local area.This frame is useless for me .
