I have ordered for 2 pcs of readers of +1.5d, i received only one piece and that too of wrong diaopter. I emailed and got reply that my ticket has been registered with Case number TKT-0002433013 I am still waiting for any response. Please do look into this and either send me right glasses or refund.

Ordered something, but delivered other items.

this is my first purchase but product was not proper and response from titan is taking very long also there is nothing on website for returning product .so in total experience is worst.i regularly buy products online but everyone provides very very good service hence i was expecting the same i have mailed return request but yet no revert
