I want to return my product but I can't because i get one reply in 3 days and that is of no use for me.. and now customer associates are saying they can't return it

I placed an order, Payment deducted,did not get confirmation.Called customer care several times, didn’t respond properly.Order delivered without any prior notification just like that.
