My order was cancelled and I am still waiting for an email reply and my refund! I am very disappointed

Worst ever

My order did not get confirmed as soon as my payment went through, and it took 10 entire days of me calling your customer service team to make them process my order. I was asked to wait for 24 hours 6 times by multiple representatives, and my order was resolved only when I called up again and said I would not hang up until my order was fulfilled. Please make sure this does not happen again.

Ordered spects on 10th April yet not delivered and you ask for feedback.
