very bad lens...very shaky for a progressive lens. poor quality.

First my order got cancelled then i had to reorder the same then there was delayed delivery.App works horribly..very difficult to find my orders and status pkus again and again login required. Finally when i got ny spectaclwsy, i found that there size are very small while i ordered a big size spectacles.now there is no way to return or anything else..

I have requested to verify the power of lens which is installed but it's been more than 5 days no one from Titan eye has replied back with power details. Due to this I am unable to use this spectacles. Request you to look into this matter.
