Shipping experience was great

This is my second Cosmic Byte Keyboard. I started out with the CB-GK Firefly18 which is a permanent part of my desktop set up. I was already impressed with the board as well their customer service when they helped fix an issue I had with that board while it was under warranty. That gave me the confidence to go for another board from Cosmic Byte. I recently got an Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy tab S8+) for portability reasons and did not want to invest in their keyboard case which is expensive, flimsy and with quite poor key travel. After considerable research, I settled on the CB-GK Astra 33 owing to the small size and sleek nature of the board and the wireless connectivity it offered and I have been thoroughly delighted with my decision. This board has a great build. I love the clicky feel of the keys. The battery life has been great thus far. I also love the fact that it has full RGB lighting and that it is hot-swappable. The only thing that I feel could have been better is the wire. I feel the wire should have been braided considering the price of the board. The wire on my CB-GK Firefly is braided and that board is basically half the price of this one so may be that could be something you might want to consider changing for the future. Overall, I love the board and I am super happy with it and would definitely recommend this to anyone who might be considering buying this. Great work Cosmic Byte. Keep up the good work.
