The mechanical keyboard is just awesome. It's built quality, colour, clicking sound of keycaps, lighting system, packaging, etc all criteria's are fulfilled in an outstanding way. Thanks for the awesome product.

My Experience with cosmic byte till now is very good, didn't need to contact service center till now. So, won't be able to tell about that.

This is my first mechanical keyboard, and everything about it is amazing; it's the best keyboard in this price point, in my opinion.
