Excellent service in general, just fairly slow delivery to the UK with not many updates. Otherwise no complaints.

I bought two Apple ipads and one Samsung galaxy smartphone. I am happy with this purchase. They are all genuine, brand new and working nice. Tecobuy UK delivery time is about twenty days.

Product came in advised time period, as described and at a good price. Was concerned by tracking package info that turned out to be a dead end link and played into all the negative FB views of buying from Tecobuy, but I was surprised and very pleased to get the goods in new condition working perfectly out of the box. I took the insured delivery option maybe that helped. I would buy again from here but the site needs to do a whole lot better at customer journey once item is bought as currently it is a bit wild west.
