Hasn't arrived, you're not responding to emails

Ordered a camera lens. Immediately got a confirmation via email with tracking details, informing me item was en route to Hermes. Once with Hermes, I was informed item was on its way & I received the item within 2 weeks of initial order. Very happy & no problems whatsoever.

The lens was delivered quickly, well packed and great value - easily cheapest on the internet - brand new in unopened box.

Great seller, and product was as described , took time to get here but was worth the wait as a great price.
