Price of the phone was fantastic, however there was no mention that the package will be posted from China and delivery will take 3 weeks. It was ok as customer service did reply to say it will arrive soon. 1 star less as the package with the phone inside was left outside of my flat on corridor if the block, easy to steal if someone was there. Please make sure you deliver so expensive goods to customers hand. Thanks

Company based in Hong Kong not UK!! Ordered my Galaxy Watch 3! The price difference is huge! 419 gbp in England and TecoBuy sells for 279 !! I was very confused by the bad reviews, but I ordered it !!! Order processing 2 days, in total it took 15 days to reach England and 5 days in England itself (arrived at the weekend), I received my order 20 days after I ordered. The package was tracked all the time. DHL Asia first, then DHL Germany and at the end of the Royal Mail !! Very satisfied.
