BANG ON TIME AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

I have made two puchases from tecobuy so far and both have arrive on the 14th day. I'm a bargain hunter so tecobuy is definitely a place i will buy from in the future. The phone i purchased was about £130 cheaper than anywhere else so I can complain about the wait time. The only reason they are not receiving 5 stars is their lack of communication , after seeing that my package has had the same status of 'sender is preparing item' i contacted them twice both times with no response. The tracking only updated the day before I actually had it delivered so as you can imagine i thought it had not been sent for 13 days. I've saved over a £100 on each item i purchased so the wait and the lack of communication is an acceptable trade off. I would love to give 5* but they need to work on responding to customers. A piece of advice i would give is pay with Paypal just so you have piece of mind and have patience, you should receive your item in 14ish days and dont be surprised if tracking doesn't update (which is probably out of tecobuys hands).

delivery took a long time from HK but otherwise very good

I ordered an Apple iPad which turned up after two weeks.It was well packed and so far so good.Everything good so far so can't complain.Use my own plugs etc as the ones which came with the iPad were not as good.The iPad seems to be good so far.Had to change the settings as it was set up for Abu Dhabi.Satisfied with the delivery.
