I purchased a remote car starter/installation. My service was fantastic from the initial phone call to dropping my vehicle off to picking it up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dropped vehicle off at 9 am. Was never updated until I reached out. Gloved were left in my vehicle and my front hood was not shut when I drove off. I feel the job was done very well but communication could be better. At least confirm appointment via text or email. Still happy with the work!

I asked and paid for remote start with the heated seat option. When I picked my car up the heated seat option wasn’t installed, the technician forgot. Then the story became they couldn’t do it because the make of my car, Volkswagen. They did refund my money for the upgrade, but I got a b/s answer for why it wasn’t installed and didn’t get what I asked for.

Ordered an item from their catalog. Wait weeks...nothing. Send an email asking what is going on with my order only to receive a reply stating the head unit is on national backorder with no ETA. Four weeks after placing an order I finally get my refund. Head unit is still listed in their catalog and 'On Sale'. What a bunch of BS.
