Made several individual purchased over last 2 months (Monitor stand, Synth, Patch bay) all products were posted very next day and arrived within 2-3 business days within Sydney Metro. No issues at all.

I had a surface controller in for repair and the distributer decided to replace it with a new one. I spoke with Andy about trading it for an Avid Dock as I'm migrating to Pro Tools. He totally got the move and made it happen!! Thanks so much to the Sounds Easy team for making it happen 🙌🙌

My order took a little longer than usual to arrive, but that was because some of the items had run out at the store. Overall I was happy with the communication from the sales team and I didn't mind waiting on the items I ordered. I also received good delivery status updates via email.
