Got my presonus Eris 8 Xt speakers and unfortunately one was faulty. As I was in TAS I thought this would be a massive issue. I contacted Ian and the whole process was super fast and seemless. They literally picked up the faulty one the next day and I received the new one a couple of days later. Thanks Ian and team this showed that you guys really care but also sort it out as soon as possible.
