Sounds Easy

Have sent email through the website, no reply (yes it's been one day but was expecting a fast reply, it's not hard). I bought the rode condenser nta1 mic with the behringer umc22hd audio interface. Under 2 weeks of use, mic was working perfectly until 2 days ago. I use the mic for gaming, my mates told me after logging in it sounded like I was speaking from 3 rooms away, 30 mins later there was NO voice input coming through the mic except a light wind blowing sound (my rooms dead silent). After updating all driving, using a different xlr cable, changing settings and using different USB ports for the interface nothing has fixed it. 400$s waisted unless this guy's can sort me out..? hopefully they'll reply, cheers heaps.

You advertise that your UA Apollo M2 system requirements support Mac Sierra which infact it does not. I resold my Apollo and lost $900 because you cannot keep up with UA’s changes.

The instrument feels extremely cheap, which is a shame as reviews on YouTube indicated that people liked this instrument. Not me. I've owned two other keyboards(an entry-level one and an expensive one) which I liked the feel of both. This one I really hate the action. I wish I could say the service from Sounds easy staff was good, but I was shocked by a 20% restocking fee if I wanted to even exchange for something else. And even though they asked for specific information to recommend other brands, there was no recommendation when I sent this info to them. Definitely makes me think twice before buying from or recommending Sounds Easy again.
